Mark is originally from Boston, MA and relocated to Southern California with the goal of starting a new sober life. Mark has been sober since 2007 and is an active member of the Orange County recovery community. Although now a Californian, he is still an avid Boston sports fan….. Go Pats, Sox, Celtics, and B’s! Mark is passionate about helping others and has spent hundreds of hours volunteering at Hoag Hospital (ICU, Cancer Center), Someone Cares Soup Kitchen, and First House Detox Center of Orange County. Mark holds a BS in Business Management from Chapman University and an MBA from the University of Southern California. Mark is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society and the Trojan Athletic Fund.
Brooks Butler was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana where he excelled in athletics and academics. He attended Indiana University pursing a degree in Business Management. Brooks understands firsthand the detrimental effects of drug and alcohol addiction. His own struggles led him on a journey that ultimately landed him in Southern California. Brooks’ experience allows him to effectively communicate and understand the needs of his co-workers and clients from both a logistical and therapeutic perspective. Brooks has a passion for helping others, the way others have helped him.
Kalley was born and raised in Orange County, California. She graduated with a major in Psychology and a minor in Sociology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 2013. When she returned to California, Kalley worked in various volunteer positions such as Laura’s House domestic violence shelter, Project Cuddle crisis hotline and Women Helping Woman. Kalley then attended The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Irvine, California and earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2017. Since then, Kalley has worked in various treatment centers and currently maintains a private practice. Kalley meets each individual where they are at and creates an personalized treatment plan for every client.
Shane is a Cleveland native who made his way to Orange County California on July 20, 2013. On that date he became a member of the sober community that he has dedicated himself to. After completing his courses at Centaur College and spending a year interning, he received his CADC license. Shane has 5 years of hands on experience in treatment centers, detox facilities and outpatient programs. He combines this knowledge together with his passion and commitment to sobriety to provide the path to successful treatment plans. When he isn’t at the Lodge he can be found at the gym, riding his motorcycle, watching sports, or at a concert living his best life.
