Mark Williams


Mark is originally from Boston, MA and relocated to Southern California with the goal of starting a new sober life. Mark has been sober since 2007 and is an active member of the Orange County recovery community. Although now a Californian, he is still an avid Boston sports fan….. Go Pats, Sox, Celtics, and B’s! Mark is passionate about helping others and has spent hundreds of hours volunteering at Hoag Hospital (ICU, Cancer Center), Someone Cares Soup Kitchen, and First House Detox Center of Orange County. Mark holds a BS in Business Management from Chapman University and an MBA from the University of Southern California. Mark is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society and the Trojan Athletic Fund.


Brooks Butler


Brooks Butler was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana where he excelled in athletics and academics. He attended Indiana University, pursuing a degree in Business Management. Brooks understands firsthand the detrimental effects of drug and alcohol addiction. His own struggles led him on a journey that ultimately landed him in Southern California. Brooks’ experience allows him to effectively communicate and understand the needs of his co-workers and clients from both a logistical and therapeutic perspective. Brooks has a passion for helping others, the way others have helped him.



Ethan Citron

Clinical Outreach Director

Ethan is originally from Princeton, New Jersey and is a proud parent of three beautiful children. Growing up, he excelled in competitive soccer and was involved in his community. Through his own on and off struggle with alcohol, Ethan understands firsthand the effects of alcohol addiction. He has been sober since 2017 after coming to California and plays a supportive role in the recovery community of Orange County. Ethan has worked in treatment centers for two years and is committed to helping others.


Amy Field LMFT, CAS

Clinical Director

Amy has worked in the addiction recovery field for over 33 years. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Addiction Specialist and has had her own private practice for the past 19 years. Amy has shared her treatment experience as our consulting Clinical Director for 6 years, supervising interns and providing staff development. Amy discovered her passion for helping others while counseling at-risk teens in school based programs. She is a supporter of the Animal Assist League and Heritage House for women.


Shane Kovach

Case Manager

Shane is a Cleveland native who made his way to Orange County California on July 20, 2013, where he became a member of the sober community that he has dedicated himself to.  After completing his courses at Centaur College and spending a year interning, he received his CADC license. Shane has 5 years of hands on experience in treatment centers, detox facilities and outpatient programs. When he isn’t at the Lodge he can be found at the gym, watching sports, or at a concert living his best life.


Claudia Sanchez

Program Administrator

Claudia was born in Guadalajara Jalisco, Mexico and raised in Anaheim, California. Claudia is a caring mother of three children. Claudia has her medical assistant certificate and has been a medical assistant since 2010, with five years of specializing in addiction medicine. Claudia has a passion for helping others. When Claudia isn’t working you can find her spending quality time with her family.


Jack Pearson


Jack was born in Alaska, raised in Texas, and most recently is from Hawaii before moving to California. Jack received his bachelor’s degree in Botany from University of Hawaii, and his Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapist from Hope International University. Jack enjoys making a cup of coffee and sitting down with clients on a personal level and meeting one on one to work with them.
